Its easier than you think! We start with a call to understand what’s chewing up your time and causing headaches. After a quick handover, I get to work on all of your quick wins and we work together to achieve your bigger goals. The real benefit comes from long term continuous work.

A lot of business owners feel this way at first! We’ll go through your daily and weekly tasks to identify what’s eating up your time but doesn’t require your direct involvement. Things like inbox management, follow-ups, scheduling and admin are great places to start.

The best way to figure this out, is to write a list of all the things you want off your plate or need assistance with. We can then jump on a call and determine how many hours this may take per day, week & month. I’ll be able to provide a recommendation of which service plan is going to benefit you most.

If you’re still unsure, we can start small. My Start Service Plan is just 10 hours per month and is perfect for testing the waters. As we work together, we’ll track the tasks and hours needed and you can adjust your plan as your business grows.

I totally get it - outsourcing is an investment, and investments need good returns. So take a moment, evaluate where your business is. Are you enabling your business to grow by supporting revenue generating activities? Or are you hindering your business growth because your stuck in the doing, rather than the growing? Freeing up your time for revenue generating projects might be more important than you think.

I work with tools you already use, whether its Slack, Trello or Asana. We’ll set up a simple system for check-ins, updates and I use my own time tracking tool so you always know what work I’m doing without micromanaging.
